Landscape garden exhibitor and vendor participation in Plantasia is open to landscape professionals and/or products/services related to the green industry. All exhibitors must be approved by Plantasia.
Plantasia Features • Two buildings of garden and vendor space! • 14 Premier Landscaped Garden Spaces, ranging from 430 sq. ft. - 1,000+ sq. ft. To have a landscape garden space you must be a current member of the Western New York State Nursery & Landscape Association. Visit www.wnysnla.org for details of membership. • Cost per garden space is only $300 per member firm. Price includes electric, web listing and live plant material based on the square footage of your space. It doesn't get any more cost effective than this. • Landscapers provide their own signage (restrictions will apply). • Further landscaped garden information will be provided upon your registration approval. • 180 Vendor Booths (booths are 10’ x 10’ except for spaces indicated on map) • Vendor’s feature plants, tools, pottery, statuary, garden accessories, services and more. • Cost per booth is $550 (member), $675 (non-member), $400 (Expo Hall) and $100 Expo Hall Not-For Profit Rate. • FREE- electric and web listing. Tables are extra. • New for 2012 - Vendors can use their own signage to identify their booth or purchase a sign from Plantasia. • Comprehensive advertising/public relations program: TV/radio advertising, live television/ radio broadcasts, media partnering with The Buffalo News, WBEN and Spree Publishing.
Preview Night More details will be announced so please watch your email for up-to-date information on this exciting evening. Wednesday, March 21, 2012, 5:30PM - 8:30PM: Exhibitors will be open and ready to do business! We are pleased to announce we have a new Preview Party partner - Spree Magazine. When hosting similar events Spree typically generated pre-sale tickets in the 600 range, and filled the evening with amped-up excitement. What this means to you is 600+ patrons excited about seeing what you have to offer, plus additional promotion of the show for its entire duration adds in excess of $15,000 to our marketing budget! Exhibitors will have their 3 badges available to work their booth as normal. Additional tickets can be purchased through Spree’s website.
